Opinions of the current Growtronix System?

Hi there,
If this has been recently asked please accept my apologies - I did a search and couldn't find any recent posts.

I was wondering if anyone had an opinion of the current Growtronix system based on actually using one? I'm looking at upgrading the equipment in a 8K room and thought I would ask before ordering one....

Thanks,
-don

I haven't been able to find much info on it either. .. the reviews I did read were mixed. Some really liked it while others were not crazy about it and had troubles. I'm also interested in it. .

How you like it? What features do you use?

Honestly I'm about to grab the dosatron to fill a reservoir then a Milwaukee pH maintainer. ..

there are much better control schemes and equipment for sure...
but if what you are really after is the software, i no of nothing like that growtronix system with that fancy GUI.

you can gather data with a DAQ system + modem or cell network card, but these systems cost insane sums(1000+) and meerly allow one to download the data points.

Go in hardware
program your switch as a timed output ,use output of the switch (5vdc )to switch ssr/valve and voila you are done go to post 8 for pics:)

I talked to the growtronix customer support and they said that I need a hardware piece called a dual power supply relay. Each relay would be able to handle two valves. Im still not sure how the wiring exactly hooks up to the valve. I'll post a picture when I get it set up

Anyone running Growtronix with digital ballasts? Still having issues with RF interference?

I'd really like to get Growtronix and set it up in my room but I'm running a bunch of digital ballasts and don't want to replace them.

I had the customer service at Growtronix draw me a wiring diagram for controlling solenoid valves through their system.

Just set everything up from growtronix and it is freaking amazing. Its allowing me to constantly monitor all aspects of my crop every second of the day. It took some hours of tinkering to get a few of of the hardware components in check and I'm still writing policies for the software but the potential here is profoundly worth it. Just thought I'd share. I'd like to start another thread on here and exchange policies with others running the system and just a general troubleshooting thread
