Yea, that's the same company as plantlightinghydroponics.
Very good company. Good prices. Very discreet shipping. They wrap everything in cardboard so you can't see the original packaging. Return address says "Aladins Lights".
It's the only place I deal with unless I need something they don't have.

Is the customer service from 1000 bulbs really that bad? I've never ordered from them before, but was planning an order.
i live in Denmark so buying outside EU in countries like the US is too expensive due to taxes.
i rarely shop with danish shops as they are too expensive and shipping takes too long even though distance is small ( i guess they use more time smoking hash than shipping gods to customers)
i normally shop at bg-support.com which is a german shop with good prices and fast delevery
but ive been using Ebay more and more for cheap grow gear and they also have cheap bulbs in most brands
ive heard good things on Solarbust bulbs from a fellow grower and breeder so i think i might try those next time i need new bulbs as they have a decent price also

I found the customer service from 1000bulbs.com to be the best ever.I ordered some lamps and a 1K MH had a few shavings floating around in it.I told them and they sent me another without requesting the first in return.It so happened the second had a few shavings also which I found out later is pretty normal lol.I used up the first one and am working on the freebie now.Unfortunately they dont carry hortilux anymore though just regular EYE HPS
As mentioned plantlighting is cheaper Warehouse type site site... Service has always been top notch, and as mentioned it comes from aladin lights which is much stealthier then PLANTlighting LOL..
Cheaphydroponics.com has also been a solid company to deal with as well.. Hortilux can be had a 4-5$ cheaper through plantlighting, though This place is now carrying Plantmax bulbs (never tried them, though the price seems right at about half that of a equal watt hortilux bulb) This company ships under the owners name, so again stealthier then if it was shipped from the actual bussiness cheaphydroponics.

I cant say enough BAD things about 1000bulbs.com.
They have told me they had stock when they had none.
Told me they would ship the in stock part of my order immediately and did not.
Told me they would email me the details of my order and did not.
Told me they would return calls with details of my order and did not.
Told me for three weeks that stock would be in on friday - just kept pushing the day to the next friday when stock did not arrive.
I finally canceled my order... two weeks later they shipped it!!
I called them immediately and explained that I canceled the order two weeks previous and they stopped shipment.
The next day they billed me for it!!
When I called about the bill they didn't want to submit a refund to my credit card until the order returned to them. When I again explained that I had canceled it all weeks ago and the whole thing was their fault, they assured me they would submit the refund immediately that day. 1 week later and my credit card has still not been refunded for that order.
Perhaps I'm an isolated incident, but thats my story.
