Why do you need chelated manganese? Of all the micros that can be chelated, manganese does not chelate well. Probably get just as good results with manganese sulfate. Got mn deficiency?

Are you sure? Describe what the plants look like. Where are the leaves yellowing on the plant? Post complete details of your grow. Add pictures if you can. Mn is taken up by plants very easily so deficiency is unlikely compared to other micros.

Looks more like potassium deficiency. Are you adding alot of phosphorus? Is there potassium in your ferts? Is the ph high?

Symptoms of phosphorus excess:

General yellowing of leaves, older leaf tips and margins later becoming yellowish or brownish followed by necrotic spots; leaf abscission develops (similar to potassium deficiency in some plants and nitrogen excess in others)

Is the newest growth affected? This would be where manganese and other nutrients would be a shortage. I dont think your is. Looks like older fan leaves are being affected.

Bet it's phosphorus excess then. Phosphorus does not leach out of the soil very much once applied. It builds up more and more. Discontinue phosphorus applications till the soil "cools" out. Include all other nutrients. The 0-10-10 is a powder right?
