One plant or more under 150 watt led?

I have a Dr60 tent (60*60cm) and a 150 watt ufo led light.
I cant decied what would work best and give the best yield, 1 single plant in a 13 L (3.4 gallon) pot, and give her a good veg and fim or lst her, or if a should fill the tent with more plants but in smaller pots?
