they look further along , i think they should finish......... but the last pick , where the line from the sun ends horizontally across the picture, you have bud rot there. DEF need to check the larger colas...

You're better off cutting the plant now. Once the plant gets the rot it won't be long before the rest of the buds follow suit and gets the rot too. It's not worth the risk, imo. You have be in a really wet and humid climate to have bud rot fairly early.

Hey, Believe it or now, Im in KY... We have just had ALOT of rain this year... Im worried about not getting any weight off her if I chop her now.

It will be better than finding bud rot hidden inside big colas. Many times you can't see it growing inside the fat buds. If you want to stretch it give it another week and chop it. Just a recommendation obviously but take it for what it's worth from somebody who's been there. At least cut the colas and let the little pop corns buds keep growing. One fall, I've saw a fairly healthy plant turn to complete mold within one week.

I`m pretty sure they will be done maybe even before 15 Octomber.
Please post pics pre harvest. I have a feeling those buds are gonna be huge :tiphat:

You were right Smokey, we had a storm coming in today so I ran to check on the girls before it hit and when I got to this one I could tell a big difference So I gave her the chop. didnt have time to remove the fan leaves before the rain hit so I just hung the branches with the fan leaves still on and put a box fan on them to try and dry as fast as possible... Grrr this weather has been so bad this year..

Looks good, I'd say you have a really good chance (not considering bud rot)!! :)
.. I'm in the same dilemma, hoping to finish but mid/late-October, but your plants are lot further along than mine and a lot larger also. Mine are mostly just start to form clusters of hairs

Yours look good and frosty all ready though I'd say you have a decent amount of time for them to bulk up and pack on even more chrystals, if bud rot/mold doesn't take over.
.... You can see pics of my (pathetic lol) grow in a thread in this section - my biggest mistake was putting them outside so late in the year. I didn't get them outside until about 2-3 weeks ago, so they were all pretty small and started flowering later than usual.

I just went out to my guerilla grow today and have one plant that is molding already as well. It's been a wet year where I am also. I picked off what I saw and will let it go for one more week then chop the top half off. Not worth losing the whole plant. I wanted to try white widow one more time outdoors but I know now that it will never not mold. Every time I've grown widow outdoors it had molded way before it was ready. All Frisian Dew next year.
