ok i was on nirvana and they say that there seeds are sold for souvenirs does that make ir legal or ? ie is it illegal to have seeds sent to a house using ur credit card and if so what sort of crime is it

doesnt matter what you call them, those cannabis seeds are illegal in certain countries...

they are illegal in USA, they are not illegal in canada, though canadian law would hope you keep them as souvenirs and not actually sprout them...what a halfassed law, but hey, im not complaining.

most the time they will just take them, no one knows for sure if you go on some list or whatnot.

well, i buy mine from a storefront. So ive nothing for you. sorry.

however, from the few months ive been active on this forum, discussing shipping methods for safely moving seeds is(for some reason or another) a no no.

It is a good idea to ship them to an address other than where you grow, though sometimes that means another person has to know about it.

seed shipments are seldom picked up by customs, at least by the feedback
small orders less likely to be grabbed
the main event seems to be customs sends you a 'you tried to import a bad thing', and replaces the seeds with a form letter
very little indication that much other than a loss of seeds
follow up on seed orders seem to be very rare

Unless you plan on placing a large seed order the worst that can happen is your small order being seized.

I am not pointing the following at you but I always get a kick out of folks being worried about ordering seeds causing me to wonder how they are going to handle the stress of actually growing them...

Go ahead and order them, you very likely will receive them just fine!

It's a little different. Growing can be completely self-contained with nothing illegal entering or leaving your home and no one knowing about it. When buying seeds, you've got customs, the mail service, and who knows who else involved. Most of the process is completely beyond your control. To me, ordering seeds is much more stressful than growing.

i was thinking nirvana heard good things from them as well and they have a buy any one get a 20 pack free seedboutique i think ive looked at but not looked into the strain i really would like to get my hands on is lowryder or any other variation of that my goal is to get some seeds here sometime soon and then grow then indoors and let everything go to seed then save the new seeds for an outdoor grow ive also been looking into feminized seeds but so far the only thing ive found that i may be able to do is the hermi methed id that is even a legit thing
