On day 42 of 56 day flower have no THC, why?

Hi,
Just started my sixth week of flower and my ICE plant has started to pack on a bit of weight but has not shown any tric's at all why is this, also my CHEESE is covered in resin but buds not growing. Am i over feeding. Soil grow.

PH is fine, using A N organic range 1x 400w hps used for first five weeks of flower but have brought another 400w hps and have had that in aswell for the past week have more than enough air coming in and out and 2x osculating fans 1 high (16 inch) and 1 low. If anything the air is being sucked out my room at a slightly higher rate than it is being blown in as i have some filter over my air inlet and this slows the air coming into my room only slightly would this have an effect. Thanks for the serious reply.

I think that you mean that there is no visible trichomes/resin glands showing eh? Hard to see if theres any thc unless you are Superman, but the reason wh ytheres no resin, well, one can just guess, maybe it just isnt the best plant? How many seeds did you start?

if ya aren't showing any sign of resin on the leaves and buds by day 42 of a 56 day strain...something is VERY wrong...it sounds like the set-up is with-in optimal ranges, so maybe it's the strain...are ya sure it's "ice"...was it grown from reliable seed company or given as a clone...i grow a 56 day strain and it's coated in resin with-in 21 days...

Claude, how are the temps in your room. Sometimes, high temps will have an effect on growth and resin. Also, if you have heavily over ferted with phos., this can lock out potassium and calcium. Do you have any spots on the leaves?

thc is the chemical responsible for most of the effects we feel, it can have nothing to do with the visible trichs you can see. Some bud packs a punch and isn't frosty some frosty bud sucks. At thsi point you can't do much if you are only flowering for 56 days.
you do realise 56 days isn't set in stone, flower times range pretty substantially from breeder's recommendations. you still have two weeks left, it may pack on the trichs.
