Dudes, i dont feel good at all. I took an acutane, a wellbutrin, a huge fuckin vitamin, 2 echinacea, and a arithomyzteic. My stomach is really fucked up and ive thrown up 5 times already. And i just smoked. NOOOOOOOO NOT ON 420!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg, i feel like i need to puke all the fuckin time
