I'm still enjoying this method,

I use 1oz Vape poo to 2cups of olive oil.
Mix and let sit for a week or so and strain; I use a french press.
you are done.
I use 1/2 tbsp and it last around 4-6 hrs.

I use no heat to make it and store it for months at room temp.

When you say Vape Poo, you are referring to vaporized meds? That would be why no heat is used to activate the thc. It already was heated and activated in the vaporizer. Am I correct?
Just curious, I too make the oil but I heat it in a slow cooker. Nice to medicate in public places without hassle using the capsules

I have a special bottle of Greek Virgin Olive Oil that I brought back with me during my last visit to Greece. I think I will try this and start frying my bacon & eggs with it in the morning

Yep, Vape poo= left over material from the vaporizer. heated to 350 F

I would think that frying would cook off the medicinal properties but by all means give it a try and let us know how it worked out.

You would be better off using the oil to bake something with, like using one of the those Betty Crocker mixes

the best edible i ever had was spaghetti and pesto made with cannabis olive oil. we only used an 1/8th of an ounce and it was the best experience.

I use an extra virgin OO that the mate picks up for me; usually on sale.
it taste great on the spoon.

I see no reason any OO wouldn't work as long as it does not clog the French press screen and has a high fat content.

All of you that like olive oil tinctures, you may want to read into botulism. Google 'olive oil garlic botulism' and you will see a whole bunch on this topic.

I've made olive oil with vape poo many times and never had a problem, but I've always used heat to sterilize and assist in extracting the batch. Who knows if that actually works, but its definitely safer than no heat.
