omg, my oleanders were so infested this year - yikes! I sprayed them with leftover neem and hard water - luckily they didnt spread to my favorite plants. Worst year ever for those bugs. Frequent preventative spraying for my grow for sure

Careful removing milkweeds from the habitat. In our area they are loaded with monarch larvae. There are many forms of milkweeds that grow in different landscapes. These plants are critical to the survival of monarchs. So , they are an important plant. Don't spray them , don't touch them, let them be. Milkweeds are hit hard enough from the deforestation and GMO farming w/ harsh herbicides like glyphosate and 2-4D.
And ya, got those aphids all over the milkweeds. Just another element to the biodiversity of the area. Humans are by far the greatest proponent of hindering biodiversity.
