The tornado that hit moore today was a mile wide and the news said it looked like a war zone! Two elementary school's were hit, one school all the children were accounted for and the other one there are still children traped in the ruble! I live in Oklahoma and have seen the damage left behind first hand by many tornados! I hope the children still un acounted for all end up being safe! More storms predicted for tomarrow...
may 3rd 1999 I was there fallowing it as it tore up Midwest city.. I lived there most of my life and seen first hand what they can do.

The tornado that hit in 99 I was working on the myiad convention center renovation when that tornado hit! The boss asked if anyone wanted to work the weekend and nobody wanted to! fortunately we all went home for the weekend, because the motel we were staying at got wiped out completely! It was on I-35 in midwest city.. That was the biggest tornado ever recorded, 320 plus mile an hour winds!
just heard on the tube that there are 37 confirmed fatalities....so far.
65 kids and counting 85 people so far...

Damn.. I feel for those kids families.. Sad new to hear so many died! More storms are on the way too... Major thunder and lightning here right now and possible tornados coming!
puts maniacs with guns in perspective really when mother nature can do so much damage..
