That looks a lot like the Renaissance Festival in Texas!!!! And I saw one of those guys walking around, looked EXACTLY like that guy. Saw him a lot actually. I was tripping my nuts off, but I remember all of that day, like it is burned in my head. Man, that guy looks just like the one we saw....has to be him. Texas is far from San Diego though....specially for a Centaur. Also saw a guy that looked a lot like Neil Young.

Oh, and I am pretty sure there is no other guy in the suit. The back legs are on wheels, so it just rolls along with him. I am not sure the original bread of Centaurs had this though, must be a curious mutation.
