Yellowing is due to too many nutes, or from the warm environment indoors! Rockwool is renowned for this, and must be regularly flooded and drained, probably at least twice a day. They get worn out and mushy in no time causing the worst cases of yellowing.

Rinse the affected pots well, daily, and after about 10 days you will see new green growth.

If you add chemicals, or seaweed to compost, this creates a brewing problem. It's a bit like PUTTING SUGAR IN HOME BREW BEER. The resulting mixture of COMPOST FIZZES UP WITH YEAST ACTIVITY, especially indoors at room temperature.

Wash your pots out well and water well every day to see the problem go away.
Use good quality peat or pure-peat for greener plants.

Controlling water is not possible in this situation. Because you have too many nutes, or composting going on; you've got to wash your pots out every day!

If your using cheap multi-purpose compost, like Verve multi-purpose-compost, this is too rich for cannabis, and you should change to a lower nutrient compost like peat, or even clay-pellets or gravel.

Westland seed & cutting peat is the top Seed & Cutting compost, most widely available. It has 20% nutrients already added. Drainage is very good. https://www.diy.com/departments/west...7859151_BQ.prd

Therefore, use this, and stop adding nutrients. This should dry out much better, without yellowing. However, pots must be kept cool, as outdoors, and not allowed to warm up to room temperature, which I expect you are doing. Warmth promotes artificial composting, which in turn, kills the plants!

Idk what else to do I notice when I put them in flower they snap out of the funk there in so I’m just gunna throw them in flower and get what I get out of them I have all
new strains to test just sucks I’ve been struggling with veg for so long and idk why

It looks like you are using the same nutrients and dose you used for rockwool, for coco. Its best to use the nutrients that are made specially for coco, or you can run into problems. Grodan rockwool cubes are a super grow medium too, and will grow some super weed. Did you not like growing with rockwool? 😎 .

Rockwool is very easy to grow with, but you have to use the total manufacturer nutrients recommendations. Also, its best to use clean pure water with a small amount of cal-mag and a strong dose of nutrients. In my opinion rockwool is a better substrate and will give better results and much quicker. I would take rockwool over any other hydro media including peat.

Three basic things to remember with rockwool, always pre-soak your cubes, use pure water fortified with cal mag,, and use the max dose of nutrients on the charts recommended by the manufacture. Last tip, water from the top of the cube and not the bottom for best results. 😎

Your coco looks pretty dried out to me. I know after transplant it's good not to over water, but when the coco is that dry it starts pulling nutrients out of the plants. Looks to me like that's what happened. I'd give a good watering with regular strength nutrients and they should start coming around.

If you're swithing to coco, you should use coco nutrients.

First I would give plants in coco 0.4 EC (200 PPM) of the flowering nutrient (high in P and K) and 0.1 ec (50 PPM) of epsom salt. The phosphorus should put a nice root system on the plants, the K give healthy silvery green stems and avoids purpling of the stems, and the Mg in epsom salt gives very phototropic and healthy foliage. t
Then, I would feed 0.4 EC of growth nutrients and 0.1 EC of epsom salt.
The coco should dry until the top of the coco is dry before the lights go on. This allows the coco to decompose and encourages root growth.

When the medium dries out, the nutrients get more concentrated. So if coco goes from 40% to 10% moisture content, as a rule of thumb think of the EC increasing 4-fold, from 0.4 to 1.6.
On top of that, with a healthy, strong root system, you also need much lower nutrient concentrations.
