ok i need some help deciding what strains to keep ..

i just recieved a bunch of strains.. and i got back abunch ive been working with.... now i need to get rid of a bunch of strains.. can anyone give me a list of shit.. that is like an automatic trash a strain?

i am getting rid of anything that hermis.. but i need other factors .. i know like smell taste and looks but still . what do breeders look for in there females and males..

i am in the middle of moving and setting up 3 flower rooms a mom tent and clone tent.. i dont have to much time to go threw and get them all in order .. yet.. once i finish ill be bak on .. im almost done.. with the last flower room. all i need to do is make a spot for the clone tent and set her up.. and then ill go back to the other house and grab all my clones.. and thne ill start a list.. i just wanted to know if there was anything im missing to look on flowering.. or vegging clones that can determine weather or not i should keep them . i just dont wana have any garbage seeding my shit this time. i been doing soo much research its rediculous.. the rooms are great so far.. but this is just 1 house that is up.. the other house will get 2 flower rooms a veg room and we will be vegging trees in 1 house and SOG in other!

well its odd yes.. but here it goes.. i had a security issue a while back.me and the gf broke up and i dint wana get the cops called on me . wen i was growing.. and at the time i had like 25 strains.. from over the years of popping strains.. and recieving them.. well anyways i ended up giving my good friend all my plants.. and then tossed the rest outside and shit i threw away about 200 clones.. but i saved some good shit.. so i went to go grab them back the other day and bring them to my old place not the one with security issue .. while im working on the New Place getting setup...

and now i have like 25 strains and another bunch ^^^ that i listed.... and now that were moving to a new place i wana take only the best of the best.. and nothing more.. i dont have as much room as i used to so i dont wana work with so many strains.. and its hard cause i like to smoke almost all of them..

i just am sick of having so many strains.. so i decided to make seeds of all of them.. and then get rid of everything but like 5-10 strains because im not going to have alot of room for moms and clones.. so i gotta flower everything .. and then kep a couple strains alive..

ill have a list of strains i picked up from a friend.. and then all my old stuff its literally been like 3 years since i ran these strains.. i havent seen the guy really that much because i fell off the map so i wouldnt have trouble with the ex!

im sorry for making it so long.. but maybe u guys will understand.. its hard to just throw shit away.. but i need to get rid of it in order to not have to set up more tents that i just dont have space for!

Pineapple herms, sour cream garbage, mango decent but nothing to breed with, deadhead is great. Pure afghan always good to have. I'm assuming u want to breed a good indoor strain that is toP shelf?

because obv hes a breeder.. and is better then all the breeders on attitude.. lol.. dude if i could get rid of shit without caring i would of.. but we just had all outdoors that we were going to getrid of to buy seeds.. just rotted. and all i have is some homemade crosses of eh.. ok genetics.. but i want to get some top shelf as everyone says ..

and so far.. im not going to be tossing out hundreds if not thousands of dollars on seeds.. from a breeder ive heard nothing about.. beleive me if i could get better genetics i would.. but now with the list i will be posting today.. i will be getting rid of 1 pheno of sour cream that yields shity but good bud.. and the other is amazing bud so i think ill keep her around..

take the strains you are really hype on at the moment. your go to jar strains. then take the cuts you cant live without but not taking with you and send them to a friend(s). back them up there and let them run them for a while. cake and.... eat.

ive gotten plenty of great genetics off of attitude, just have to know what to look for. you mustve lucked out with sour cream because all my beans were shite outside and inside. if you are looking to breed good genetics in this modern world i would start with a base of a diesel or OG, perhaps a skunk or afghan even. Some strain that you know has been somewhat stable through out the years and people will like, a "no brainer strain". Then using that base(male) take the pollen and use it on the strains you like. Im guessing you have patients seeing you have 3 flowering rooms? The more strains you have, the longer it will take and harder it will be to keep track. I had 46 strains at one time, now im down to 2 that i will run consistently and 3 that ill keep around for some personals down the road.

If you look at a strain and even question its existence in your garden the slightest bit, just get rid of it. its not good enough, keep the ones that make you say DAAMNN! at least thats what i did and my life got a whole lot easier.

also i heard Sage is phenomenal given the right phenotype, some of the best buds around.

Straw cough is bomb, especially kushmans cut. did a whole room of pineapple express g13 labs from seed and it turned out decent but hermd out. its one of those strains that looks great, smells great, but the high just isnt kickin.
