I know these are very young but I thought that this was cool. I have heard that this can happen alot if STS reversal was used. Is this true or am I just misinformed. Also what is this called again?
I think its called polypoid, but that might be 3 genes where there should be 2. I just pulled 2 seeds that looked juts like that, no STS in their history tho. they were ( ice x white widow )x( nl5 x sour bubble )
thats what you call a trifolate. some people are crazy about them, saying they yield 50% more and whatnot. i have no idea if thats right, but it could be a keeper! a little more never hurt...
Thanx GZA I just had thought that I read somewhere that STS could cause more of these. Also why did you pull them? Are they not desirable for some reason? Oh and the pics are all of the same seedling, the rest are normal.
JLP, can you tell us how those were ? how did the taste and high turn out after the cure on those ? i have a pack... looks good !!!! THANK YOU !!! monkey5
