odor control for high humidity area

Im trying to build a veg room in a 10x10x8 room.I want to overkill on odor control, but I will be battling high humidity year round. And from my research high humidity render carbon filters ineffective. My bud room will be sealed and up to 4k.I dont want to run a sealed veg room, because I dont want to run the extra power. How can I insure total odor control in my veg room,in a high humidity enviroment.I need some quick help.I already started some wifi and white strawberry seeds. So I need to get my veg room together ASAP.THANKS!!!!!!!

i would definitely look into a dehumidifier, but the carbon filters i have had the best luck with in our hot and humid enviro are the Phresh filters... Mountain air is another good choice but shipping kills it and we don't get them locally.

i use a can 50 in a roughly 7x8 room with a 304 cfm inline.
when i put the can50 on around 3wk in i leave it on 24/7
it works great and the can 50 maages the Rh good, no dehuey at all.
I'm in the deep south so Rh is a prob certain times of the year... most times actually ;)

Im already buying a santa fe for the sealed flower room. And cant afford another.Might try a cheap 70 pint deheuy.Im just worried by the extra heat and power. Also since im gonna be exhausting 24/7 wont the dehuey be in effective. And I am going with a 10 in.Phresh/10 in. max fan for the room but was considering ozone because of the high humidity.

How big is your fan/filter combo and do you think my 10 in. combo is big enough for the room?

i run a can50-->2x 1000w in 6"cooltubes---> out with 6" inline elicent 150B 304cfm
it works very well, no complaints
when the can50 is attached i run it 24/7 no prob with Rh or odor in a non sealed room.

I haven't run a sealed room so i don't know...yet.
I will be soon tho and will use a can 150 anda 10"canfan or 12"maxfan unvented

a 10" may be over kill but better that than too small,
you can used a fan controller if need be, but you sound like you already have what you need.
btw ..the air coming in, is it also going to be hi in Rh?

You shouldn't need much for just veg.
I can't even smell vegging plants unless I rub the stem.
I run no odor control in veg.

My flower room will be sealed and use a 14in phresh/14in x 50in for scrubbing.Because the filter is rated for 3800cfm and my fan is only 1823cfm,will the over-sized filter have a positive or negative impact on the combo's odor killing capabilites?I just want overkill on smell control, across the board because I have close neighbors.

My intake air in my veg room will have a high RH almost year round.I plan to grow the smelliest of strains but cant risk any odor leaks.
Thanks for all the help and replies!!!

You'll run into a cut one day that will change ur thought on that. Better safe than sorry.

I run in sealed rooms and run the phresh filters 24/7. The light weight is what made me try them at first.. I didn't buy into the whole working better then most in humid enviro's... Haven't switched back for a few years now :tiphat:

For a veg room, odor shouldn't be that much of an issue, but for overkill setup negative air pressure in the room. Any odor in the room will stay not escape the room. You can setup the air to exhaust outside after passing thru an ozone generator which will cleanse it 100%. Or as suggested below, by a large room dehumidifier and use a couple of carbon filters.
