High folks!
well here I will highlight some of the outdoor grows in the HTC gardens. unfortunatly there was just too much for me to completely cover alone, but Ive done my best to document each stran in various stages.

I will dedicate one given post to each strain, for organization and ease of reading.
and we'll see how long it lasts. lol


I wont have the thread complete for a while, so feel free to comment as you like, I do my best to awnser questions, but If I miss something please bring it up again!

First up:
HTC PowerHouse (DeepChunk x (orig)Cinderella 99).
This is a debatable 'true' (F1) hybrid.
She is the premire in the garden, and the most robust fulfilling plantline Ive seen in a Long time.
Quite simpily a "contender".
During talks with TomHill, we discussed the 3 best combinations to DeepChunk in his thoughts. DCxC99 was one. After the work, she is proving to be amazing by all means. a wonderfull Hybrid of 2 very nice lines.
PowerHouse is vigorus, extremely strong structure, with a very unique branchiing system, rarely needing to be pruned, she grows shrubbs, both indoor and out, naturally.
she finishes out to a heavy yeilding Indica, on a tuff Sativa structure. rock hard, super resinous buds, reaking of her liniage!

While I did plant a handfull of clones, I will picture 2, in order to limit page long posts

Here are pics as she was planted in early May:



they came in at under 1 ft at planting. The holes are about 2.5ft-3ft at surface, they widen to 4ft wide at the bottom, while the holes are 4ft deep.
My medium is quite custom, something Ive blended over time. Ill touch on it more in a nother post in this thread.
these plants recieve 6-7 hrs direct sun, beginning at sunrise. Little to no pruning was done on these as they bush out naturally(especially clones).
They took about 2 weeks to catch



in July they filled out and up. I attempted to tie/stake them down, but they repeatedly pulled the stakes out, and the growth of the branches would over grow the ties. so I decided to let them do their own thing..






By mid August they were quite big. Larger than I had expected them to finish.. and they still had 50+ daze till harvest. I could no longer capture their size by photo on the ground, so I took up Higher gound and snapped this shot, I was about 25 ft back, and about 15ft up.
needless to say Harvest on these girls will be by the section of plant.



they have very strong trunks aswell, quite complex branching. This did make for a lot of work supporting her to cope with high winds, and if you look you can see some of the larger branches have infact split at one point under weight, they have healed nicely.






I will be taking more pics in a couple daze, as she is now about 1.5-2 weeks from harvest, and they are filling in nicely. Im expecting a decent amount of dried buds from these plants

Damm OG that's awsome. I wish I could do an outdoor grow, but it's hard to keep up with the challenges of the indoor scene. Than to take up another set with the outdoor one. Much props to you bro.

here was one of the smaller PowerHouse plants, in full bloom. about 1.5 dried lbs came offa this lady. they finished toward the end of sept.. I could have chopped them a bit earlier, but they were picking upsome nice hues from the cooler nights.


the flowers were quite tempting.

1.5 lbs, not bad! Bet your hands were tired after that! Some pretty ladies there, Bub. I'll be orderin a couple HTC packs for next year, but i'm not sure exactly what. PowerHouse looks and sounds like a pretty promising hybrid.

any shots of the north #1, deep chunk, and or the other strains from the Temple or just the powerhouse for now bub?

1.5 eblows isnt a bad pull for no training or pruning in the earlier months and seeing how small they was actually put out is another thing that is quite awesome
