Thanks Man...yea I had a cheese cross years ago growing in a flat...was the only time my landlord mentioned anything about smelling weed(but this was said days after cutting it down and drying it)...I think my nosey neighbor said something to him (was ridiculous trimming it...who ever was awake that night would have smelt it)
Also had a small clone vegging in DWC when busted by the cops...could hear them giggling like school kids as they ripped out the plant "what did you do?" "giggle...giggle"..."Nothing!...I just touched it!" ..."giggle...giggle"...for it filled the air with its(good) stench
But 'ATM' in comparison its not as pungent....but have no doubt as you say it can/could get quite stinky...
had some experience have you?(EDIT:I now see you have)

I gave her stem a rub(I do it multiple times a day) 3 days ago...and noticed the the smell has changed...it still has one smell the same....but the cheese has basically gone....and now in smells like lemon...more of a "lemons starting to rot a little on the ground...under a lemon tree on a warm day....a sort of "dusty lemon " smell....thats what it smelt like yesterday while I was in the garden... some violent winds came for a moment and the air was filled with this lemon smell...brought a smile to my face(and it wasn't a tell tail weed smell...smell)

my/our Autumn is kicking in a little here...days of mid -high 20's...with a few spots of rain...and a few more foreseen in the next week(they are 1 ml and lower showers)...it got a soak a couple of days ago with plain tap water...smells still in the earthy/dirty lemon area..

So as mentioned I have 'just' had my inspection...Well...I received a letter last week(written April 1st?) from my real estate giving me a date in 2 weeks to come and do an inspection(I still have to ring a check it isn't an April 1st joke/slip up ? etc)..She did mention the owner wanted to come in from OS to look at the place in 3 months?...So maybe that is happening early?
Oh well.... can work with that now I have thought about it a little(though my stomach did drop when thinking about the indoor that just started 12/12 and my little bundle of joy outside)
I must be around the 9 week mark now roughly?..So will do another update on the 12th and pull it a couple days after that
I was intending to take it on the 19th...so I'm only about 4 days earlier that expected.
yea Tipz..for the 1st time this morning(16 deg C) as I walked outside I could smell the plant from my back door...so a smile and an uneasy chuckle came over me and I went and grabbed the camera for the weekly pics and to get a few extra pics as we count down to harvest.
