oakland cali questions

will be near oakland in a few weeks maybe from out of state
was wandering how difficult it is to get a medical cards/good nugs if only staying for 2-3 days? any advice appricated

You cant get a med card if your from outta state. But Im sure you wont have any problems finding any buds.
