It's a good question and suppose it's anyones best guess!

Been on forums for 16 years, yet to see which chem in NYCD discussed at all.

Had a nice girl many years ago. From BOGs LSD. Very chem leaning. So I'm curious which chem.

Thanks!

None. Just some bag seed from a "rastaman" that lived in NYC and given to Soma.

If I remember correctly.

Rumor was it's a chem bagseed.

Chem family is also bag seed.

So you are saying there is absolutely no chem heritage in NYCD? How can that be known without DNA?

the soma nycd I grew were sativa lines , took over 100 days to finish . the females went jet purple .
I did grow them in winter and this could have turned the flower time up and the colours on .

I might add , I might be stiffed as back then soma seed was of the most expensive seed companies . it never make sense it was a full blood sativa looking plant.
seeds didn't arrive in breeders pack

Frank is wright, Soma said it was Original Diesel bagseed (S1 of Chem 91 x MSS x NL) given to him by a Rasta in NY. He didn't said it came from a Chemdog Bagseed. But then JJ stated that the first Diesel sold in NYC wich started all the Diesel Hype was in fact plain Chem 91 renamed. I can see why it's confusing...

Makes sense

Lot's of branches to the chem family tree. Branching off in many varied directions.

The girl I had was sweet. Never got to give her what she deserved. Making choices based on experience. Plenty of seeds out there with similar character and heritage backgrounds.

The thing about some of the crosses though ends up very different. Guess that's the fun of looking through seed plants.

Somas Nycd is grapefruit, there where some crazy ruby red grapefruit phenos back when he released it,
It is totally diff to Chemdog/chemdawg 91, D or sis.

If somas is related he must of crossed it with something super dominant, totally diff animals.

I only have experience with bog's lsd. It was new and popular at the time. Many different pheno's abound. There was a meat smelling fluffy bud pheno. A fruity spider mite attracting colorful pheno, with dense flowers. Then there was a more chem pheno that was quite nice. She had dark green leaf that was a bit more narrow leaf than chem family. Nice resin and nothing fruity in the terps at all, nor meat. Suppose chem/diesel smells. Been ages.

If I believed everything I read/saw, I would believe the Russians did in JFK and the entire US military inudstry did jack shit about it.

As far as the internet and ********** it's an opinion as is everyone elses. I Care very little about what people say is a good strain of weed. Genetic expression varies from garden to garden and grow to grow.

It's more important to understand traits and how they react to stimuli in the environment. As well as the lineage they are passed on from. So knowing when parents of a strain changed, is valuable to know what you purchased.
