I was born in upstate NY and lived there for 51 years. I have been arrested several times for my medicine during this war on drugs. It looks like Oregon has the most liberal laws. I am thinking about moving there but have not got a clue where. I like country compared to city. I am a POW of the WAR ON DRUGS. My daughter lives in Portland but I have not visited her yet. I know it rains a lot there. I wonder how far I would have to travel to get to a little drier climate. The homes in Portland in foreclosure still cost at least double what they do here. If I make the move should I expect trouble if I stay within the laws? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Check out the South part of Oregon, west of the Cascades, we have THE best weather in the state, we get all 4 seasons, and no where near the rain most the north part gets, our annual rain fall down here is around 14 inches, where most the northwestern state is much damper...Our humidity is par for growing meds as well...Here is just a small, small sample of what we do out here MEDICALLY....

I intend to check out each city you guys name when I go to look. I just picked up a felony for homegrown. Here anything over 10 pounds is a class C felony and this is my second and last. As soon as I can legally leave this State I will. Are the local cops looking the other way? I think I will stay within the law as that looks reasonable. Is indoor safer than outdoor? Thanks and keep it comin.

if there is too much rain just add more vermiculite and perlite, and gravel to create better drainage.

You very possibility could have a tunnel like this....here, we growers/care providers can grow for no more than 4 card holding people...this allows the grower to grow full term, 24 plants...which if you do it like I did, your gonna have more work than you bargained for, speically now...and thats with a trimming crew, but none the less.....its very fun knowing your not going to get a visit....We've had all kinda airplanes, copters, and ultralights flyin over head, and I just wave, with a fattie in my mug!!
I have steered you in that direction...we get about 14" a year rain fall, and most all that happens in the early winters, and spring...in fact, we didn't get one drop of rain this whole summer, which got scary as far as fires go, we had one real close to my home this year, raging forest fire!!!

I used to have to drive to Canada to be free. I've been to Hamilton, Toronto, VanCouver and always was able to find a place where I could rent a volcano vaporizor when I leave mine home. I was seriously thinking about moving to Canada to escape this war on drugs. Lately I decided that Oregon has their heads on right. I will find out how to PM and it will be a while before I can leave NY. I'm trying to get into a rehab but my insurance does not cover it. I was there in '83 and doubt they have much new to teach me. Of coarse the lawyer says do it the judges like it. They now have drug court that I am trying to get in. If accepted I could possibly get these records sealed if I do good with the piss tests. I can do it easily but don't want to. I will only as long as I have to. After that I'm out of here. They can tax someone else. My first felony will not be held against me because it was over 10 years ago. At least they just repealed the mandatory sentences from the Rockefellor drug laws from '73. I always enjoy my first buzz after behaving for a while.
I asked one realtor in Gresham about it and she did not even know it was legal in the state they lived all their life. What should I tell a realtor I am looking for. Here I tell nobody because I grew up here.
The turds took 10,000 cash from my house and 15,000 from my bank.
15,000 bail
15,000 lawyer
71.5 pounds
They did not want my 1988 pick up so they charged me $220 to tow it.
I don't know how I can make up for all those losses in one summer.
All of that for one small outdoor grow.
Goodbye to them because I'm not staying to have them watching me for now on.

I thought Oregon didn't let you get a card if you had a felony growing charge. You might want to go over the border into North Cali. Southern Oregon is similar to NorCal in climate and scenery.

I am trying to get the new charge into "DRUG COURT" and I am told if I jump through all the hoops the charge will be "SEALED". I got 5 years of probation for the first one. I don't think I can afford to wait for NY to "LEGALIZE FREEDOM". Rehab starts Monday 2 hours a day and 5 days a week. Maybe I'll catch something I missed the first few times.

Alcohol caused me nothing but problems in life, I switched to cannabis and the courts have been friendly ever since.

O yea.. I got caught with my smoke in oregon and got a ticket... Pissed me off because it was five hundred bucks. So I called the D.A. and he had me drive up and give the judge sixty one bucks and that was the end of it. No record, nothing, called it a violation of city ordinance, I was like what ever works for you. So every where is different, and yes I am legit in California but Not in oregon. Someday that will change...
