nwODB's blackberry s1 smoke report

Well I know Im a little late on this but ive been pretty stoned!
I gave away the 7 of these freebie seeds to friends and kept three. Maybe its that sharing karma that helped me get this good pheno . Do to my living situation I was only able to have 1 plant , so I planted 1 of these and hoped for the best. This plant was pretty damn easy to grow!

Now to the weed. Unfortunatly Im very impatient and allot of this weed was smoked right after drying. That weed tasted decent, but way too planty and green obviously. Still got me high though. Now after a good almost 2 month cure this stuff reeked of sort of a musky sweet berry smell when broken. mmmmmm is all I can say. The smoke was very smooth with a definate starburst fruityness flavor especially on the green hit. I smoked it with some of my friends and it was pretty much anonymously agreed that this was the best weed we had in our circle of friends at the moment so that made me feel good. Thanks again for the great genetics Gypsy!!

Ill post some more pics of the buds when I get my camera back from a friends; grrrrrr

That's the first report I've read on the Blackberry. Thanks for that. It sounds like it may be pretty damm good. You can't ask for better than that with freebies. Apreciate the report.

massholebmx-the high didnt really seem strictly super heady or super couch lock, but if I had to pick one Id say it was more heady that couchlock. had me some giggles after a few bong rips.
SmokeyPufmaster-your right, this strain really exceeded my expectations. this freebie was better than allot of genetics my friends have spent 300 dollars on(from other seed banks). Oh and no need to thank me, THANK YOU for stopping by!!!

Nice report nwodb.. i totally agree about the starburst flavor as thats how i would describe mine as well. I will be smoking the blackberry clone that was bought at a med club which is greener than mine in a few weeks... I havent smoked mine either but i must say it was a awsome freebie.... I kept seeds and got this pheno and gave the other 17 away and i found out my buddy just cracked them... SO how many blackberry s1 are turning this color? mine turned this color within the 1st two weeks of flower... cant wait to try mine after reading your report... PeAcE
