Well if anyone us curious you can buy a gun here in Nevada with a mmj card. I don't recommend telling them about it, but it doesn't show on the background check.

Have a friend with a card that just bought one. I prefer to find mine through other means. If they don't know you have it they can't come take it.

I dint keep the guns that I own at my house. I do have 1 time defence gun tithe house but the rest are in an undisclosed location so confiscation isn't a worry of mine. I had to do it. I was thinking of having someone buy it for me but I said fuck that I have gun rights. I'm doingbtjis shit myself.

thx huge good to know i was wondering about that back ground check if it shows or not, only problem is. being MMJ patient in nevada and buying a firearm from a store when you fill out the federal firearms registeration form your comiting fraud.

reason being is the drug question answer no and felony answer yes and be denied.

now as brotha RR mentioned i also have sought other means to purchase firearms from friends or priviate party. only hand guns here need to be registered in nevada and a blue card is issued for each and every hand gun you buy. god when i grew up here in the 70's i remember every truck had a gun rack in rear window with loaded rifel and shotgun in it lmao. mang metro would prolly freak now if some1 drove down road like that now

That's just either Clark County or Las Vegas Bro Pothead. No blue card over here or registering at the pig pen. Not sure about any county up north.

doesnt show up on my background check either up here in Maine. but that doesnt mean the ATF wont come kick your door and take them from you plus charge you. buy them 2nd hand or privately
