Nute/Soil Questions First Time Grow

Ok so far I know this. I'm getting some clones of Chemdawg and its going to be an inside grow in 3 or 5 gallon pots, haven't decided yet. Now I need to know if this nute/medium combo will be good or if anyone recommends anything else i should add or decrease. Pretty basic combo that Burn1 posted that's on a sticky

LC’s Soiless Mix #1
5 parts Canadian Spaghnam Peat
3 parts perlite
2 parts wormcastings
Powdered dolomite lime @ 2 tablespoons per gallon.

Dry Ferts:
1 tablespoon blood meal per gallon
2 tablespoons bone meal per gallon
1-tablespoon kelp meal per gallon
1 tablespoon per gallon of Jersey Greensand to supplement the Kelp Meal and seaweed extract.

If I understand correctly the medium I'm using is good throughout all stages of development.. I might play around with the nutes once my plants are established but again this is my first time and I am trying to keep trial & error to a minimum on my first go. So any input is appreciated.
Also, I haven't been able to find a thread on the watering cycle for a plant as it goes through its different stages of growth.
Thanks guys.

The LC mix (minus dry ferts) should be fine for young, rooted clones. I always use a fairly nutrient-less starter soil for my clones. And i start out in 16oz cups and transplant up (3gal. veg/5gal. flower for example) and adjust my soil accordingly. More PK, little N for flower. So more blood meal (N) in veg.

Watering can be tricky but i generally water/feed every 3-4 days. Of course temperatures, soil mixes, etc. can alter watering significantly. So a good idea is to lift your pots to determine how dry the soil is. If it is light, water. That is as simple as it gets. In time youll be able to read your plants for good watering times imo. For watering, I generally use a feed/water cycle. If I use a nute solution one day, the next watering will be just water or a small amt. of micronutes(kelp, EWC, etc.).
