NPK 5-1-5 - Does this product have enough phosphorus for flowering?!?!

Just bought a grain-form nutrient, organic, made out of many things.

NPK is 5-1-5. Does the product have sufficient phosphorus for good flowering in soil?

No, that is good for vegetative growth. Do not use in flower as is.
