not authorized to see stuff i once was able

i got a visitor message and it says i am not authorized to see it. i would like to be able to see my visitor messages for obvious reasons and i was able to see them a couple days ago before the permissions were changed. i tried to message the person to see what they said and i don't think they're getting my message because they haven't replied back. i can not communicate with others on here.

it used to mean a lot to get a like/rep from someone big like dank frank but now it just says some user likes my post.
