You have to wait that they'll get a bit taller before feeding 'em... They are pretty young and dont need that nutes untill two or three weeks...
Nutes during early veg does not fasten up the growth, actually it slows your plants.
Flush them and wait a little before starting to fed them again...

Yup. So many problems come from feeding. If you're growing in a good soil, most plants shouldn't need fed at all in veg. Some kelp or earthworm casting tea maybe, just watch them, you'll know when they need fed.

Dont feed seedlings nutes until the 4th or 5th node.
