Hey thought my problems were over but they are not..... here is what i had posted in the old thread
Strain of Mj? Burmese Delight, and bagseed

Hydroponic or soil? Soil

From seed or clone? Seed

Age of plant in question? 2 months 1 week

What stage (Veg/Flower; how many days into)? 21 days flower

Medium (Soil, Rockwool, Hydroton etc.)? Soil

Container/Pot size? 3 Gallon grow bag

Have they been transplanted, if so how long ago? Yes, before they were put into flower

If soil, composition ratios (peat moss, perilite, vermiculite etc.)? 100% FFOF

Water runoff Ph? not sure will check tommorrow

Nutrients added? Earth Juice grow in veg and Earth Juice Bloom in flower

Ratios of nutrients (N% P% K%)?

Feeding schedule? after 5 weeks old, fed 1 tbsp per gal EJ depending on veg or flower every other water

When were they last fed/watered? 2 days ago

How are you determining when to feed/water (weight, wilting, etc.)? weight of the bag and dryness of soil on top.

TDS/EC/PPM? dont have a meter

Tap/RO/Distilled water? Tap

Ph before and after adding nutrients? before 6.5 after i will measure tommorrow

Is your Ph equipment properly calibrated? not quite sure.

Light intensity/Age of bulb/Wattage? 360 watt conversion hps running in 400 watt mh ballast 3 weeks old

Distance to the canopy? 8-13"

Temps at canopy? 84

Temps at root zone or reservoir? 80

Day/Night temps (Min.-Max.)? day 80-85 night 70-73

Current air flow (CFM)? 449

Is there air blowing directly onto plant? Yes there is an ocilating fan blowing on it.

Using CO2? No

Relative humidity? not certain maybe 50%

Growing technique (Scrog, Sog, Supercropping etc.)? BOPITC (Bunch of plants in the closet.)

Has plant recently been pruned, clones taken, fimmed or pinched? Just before flower 10 clones taken from burmese delight none from others.

Pests? No

so after a few days of feeding with the grow formula included they continue to get more and more yellow its terrible. I have also noticed some necrotic spots on another very healthy plant of mine. It has just recently started to turn yellow like all of the others, im really distraught, i guess i need to order some cal mag plus, dont have the money for it but i think i need it, any good idea for a way to help my babies i would greatly appreciate it. I will be posting up new pics of them very soon.

Pick up some PH 7 calibration also.

I'm not familiar with Earth Grow ferts. Does the Bloom carry N? It needs N even through flower cycle.

Hey N.farmer, yes i am now using a combination of ej grow and bloom, i thought it was working at first but it seems to only be getting worse now. I am giving them nitrogen now and it doesnt seem to be helping, what else could be wrong?

giving more nutrition is not always the answer...your plant cant get all fat...it just burns the leaves...Also, adding more of one can and will cause a lockout of another. to be honest, im facing the same shit right now...almost the same setup...and i dunno whats goin on, thought it was over ferting...but i dunno...got a pH meter in the mail on the way...so we'll see. Hope it goes we'll for ya...ill let ya know how mine goes..i think im gonna give them distilled h20 and maybe some micronutes for the rest of flower. i think i build up quite a bit of guano in the soil the way i was watering before ( like a tablespoon of guano per 32 fl. oz. just mixed together and dumped on, hahaha) but you live and learn. ill keep ya posted from my end.

This is the chlorophyll molecule. It gives plants their green color. See what is in the center?

Earthjuice lacks calcium and magnesium. If there was some in the ffof, its gone by now.

How to test soil ph: After watering and ferting well, wait 30 minutes. Then apply a small amount of distilled water to the pot surface. You only want 1 or 2 ounces of runoff out the bottom. Catch this. Test ph.

If ph is well below range, you can apply some powdered dolomite lime to the soil surface. Try 1 1/5 to 2 teaspoons per gallon of soil mix. Water in well.

If you don't apply the dolomite lime, you should add a low rate of calcium and magnesium to your water along with the earthjuice. 1/8 teaspoon epsom salts + 1/8 teaspoon powdered gyspum (brew your own beer wine stores or garden centers should have this) per gallon of water. 1/8 teaspoon calcium nitrate can also be used for your calcium source. Calcium chloride is a good calcium source... comes in bottles under names like tomatoe blossom end rot stopper or something. It will take the % calcium and net weight of the bottle to give you a rate. We want about 35 ppm ca on a constant basis. Cal mag plus is a storebought cal mag suppliment. You would use about 1 teaspoons per gallon.

Fertilize with every watering but make sure you get alot of runoff out the bottom.

You should use about 4 teaspoons ej grow + 3 teaspoons ej bloom per gallon of water. Adjust the ph after adding this to the water to maybe 6.

(approximate ppms)
n 100
p 70
k 73

Ej is low in potassium with only 73. I suggest adding more. 1/2 teaspoon per gallon ej meta k along with grow/bloom. This will add 55 ppm k. There are other potassium sources like maxicrop seaweed. If you use something else than meta k, let me know and I will give you a rate.

If you add the extra 55 ppm k, double the gypsum/calcium nitrate + epsom salts added to water. You want to add maybe 60 ppm ca now. If you chose cal mag plus, you would use 1 1/2 teaspoons.

If you discover you have a full blown case of magnesium def, apply 1 teaspoon epsom salts per gallon of water once. Then continue with regular ferting.

Happy growing!
