Northern Lights harvest

4 Nirvana NL plants (from clones) grown in soil(all-mix) under 400W hps on 0.75 sq.m. Plants topped once and then tied down. Fed Canna Terra nutes, cannazym, rizotonic and pk13/14. Chopped @ day 70.(could have gone for a week more). This pheno leans over to the sativa side of the NL and does yield nice and packs a nice punch.

I dry them on a laundry rack which i stole from my wife But she does not complain cos she loves the buds even more than i do.

Any guess on yield?

Wow you got some very very nice smoke there.
Northern light's is a champion plant even though people here often say its old news.
I won't guess wut ur yield is cause im terrible at that

Nirvana's NL is supposed to be killer! looks it too I'm no good at estimating yield, but my guess is approx 1 lb.

Do you (or anyone) have any experience with the Dr. Atomic NL? I have beans in the fridge (but can't grow em now) and it's driving me nutz!

how long did you flower those for?

got a good bit of smoke there,looks like maybe a pound...

Thanks!!! Blue, i flowered them for 70 days ( Nirvana says 8/9 weeks) and honestly, they could have gone one week more.(had to cut cos the family is coming over for the vacation)

Heady, i know nothing about the Dr´s. NL. And thanks for the kind remarks buddy!!

I highly doubt that the yield will be a pound, as this was grown on 0.7 sq.m and with 400w hps (Extreme Output). My guess is 250-300 gr.

A smokereport will come when i have cured for 3-4 weeks but i have to mention that i have smoked a couple of quickys and yum!!!

mmm, buds looking good. im gonna say 10oz on yield, but thats a pure guess. ill be starting some nirvana NL pretty soon, so its nice to know she can do so well if i give her conditions as nice as yours

HeadyPete: You're going to enjoy the Dr's ANL. I've grown it several times. Have a jar curing, clone rooting, a seedling just into 12/12hr today. Nice compact buds. Good resin. Xcellent high. An easy grow. Low maintenance.

It was 4 plants. Clones taken from a huge outdoor plant that was due to bad wether moved in and finished under 400w. Clones were vegged for just under 4 weeks. I am amazed how much they yielded bcause i grow in an attic in scandinavia, that means that temps are hard to keep up in the optimal range, and in addition to that i had spider mites.
in bloom the temps never went higher than 19 degrees celsius!!!!!!! and night temps were as low as 6!!!! It is strange though that my mate grew this a couple of times under 1200w hps and never got close in both yield(compared to size of plants) and potency and he´s got an enviroment controller and C02. He actually gave me the clone because he didn´s want to grow them anymore.

I actually got a theory about potency and temps. Although you probably sacrifice some yield i think that they put on more resin when grown @ cooler temps. Any thoughts about that guys?

Well diplo, they are still drying my friend. I never used to weigh my grows but this one will be! I think they will be sufficiently dry next friday to be put int jars.

I do confess though that i DID snatch a few scruffy little budlets to fast dry and damn it!!!!! It tastes and smells very berry/candyish with sort of underlying catpiss/toe smell. And the high is exellent!!! Very heady, allmost trippy with quite a body to it. Good for both day and night!!!!!

The buds have been drying for a week now and i have snatched a couple of small airy buds to sample(again ). This time i vaped them in my volcano and Cant wait till they have got 3-4 weeks in the mason jars.
