This time its pot.
Apparently it's legal to grow and smoke and has been the norm for sometime, as oppose to South Korea where it is strictly forbidden, which I find interesting as well. I was really surprised when I found this out, even when I've read through all sorts of threads about which countries cannabis was legal, N.K. never came up. It would be interesting and not so surprising to see a politician here to twist and use this as another lame reasoning in their defense to continue their war on this flower.
Why haven't I heard of this before ?
