Sweet ass setup you got there man. Is that the Adjusta-watt 1000's?
What lights are you planning to use?

Looking like a great setup, is the the Homebox lab 240*120*200cm?

Loki Loki thanks man, adjusta watt 1000's?? IDK what that is the hangers we got from home depot their meant to home plants, real good prices and work better then the ones the hydro stores sell. We are using 1000 watt lumatek bulbs and digital ballasts, and some real nice hoods.

Magic Cat Farms the tent measures out around 64 Square Feet so about 8 by 8 is the size.

Lifeless yes we got some crap clones from one of are buddys and some crap clones from one club. We finally got a nice variety that are all nice and healthy.

Yes we have the carbon Filter in the attic where are outtake goes we pull from the garage, with a hepa filter.

Setup looks good, but I just wanted to add that it appears the light controller you are using is wired with 12/2 romex? Those 4 1000's have to be pulling at least 8 amps each for a minimum of 32 amps. 12 gauge romex should not be used for anything over 20 amps max for safety. Also, if that romex is ran over a great length that will also increasing the load. Even if you have it set up as 240V, it is still too small of a wire. I would recommend a heavier gauge to insure a safer grow room.

well you would be right if he was running 120v but he is more than far enough from his max to be worried.

I have the green quantum balasts and they read as the following:

8.6A @ 120v
4.1A @ 240v
------------------------------------------------------------------

4.1A x 4 = 16.4A

Your max of 20A-16.4A= 3.6A

3.6A is more than enough to be safely below your safe of 20a

Hey norcal how do the temps get with that many lights in there? Just wondering because I been tryin to decide if i want the 10 by 10 tent or 8 by 8 to put that same amount in just didn't know if it would be cramped with the 8 by 8..

uh, you are wrong. continuous duty, which is what having lights on for 12 hours would be, requires 20%, or 4 amps. doesn't seem like much of a difference, but if they are all starting up at the same time, amp draw will be higher

you dont know much about digital ballast do you? the amp draw at start up is the listed one so the load can be accommodated for. why dont you get out and get some crops under your belt instead of running your mouth to everyone?

they look the same till you look at the plug itself. the two prongs are horizontal -- not vertical.

Oh okay... just curious how you know he's running 240V considering he didn't mention it anywhere in this thread.... Not doubting you just curious.
