hey folks I have plants outdoors and have yet to spray, Usually id spray neem oil + SM-90. This year we added neem seed meal to the soil. was just wondering if that might help as a preventive for spider mites? even though its in the soil mix. Thanks

I dont have experience, as i dont use neam meal in my mixes, but i think primarily it is used as a general fertilizer first, but benefits can extend to fighting pathogen and bad nemotodes to some degree. I think adding it can slightly help fight insects off, but personally i wouldnt bank on it totally warding off mites, if conditions are prime, from an infestation of a plant.

My thoughts soley based on what i have read before. If anyone has further thoughts, i am open to learning also.
