Noob here. Best PAR number for seedlings + HLG Propagator 2.0, and avoiding leggy?

Looking for ideal PAR number for seedlings. Thinking about HLG Propagator 2.0. Keeping light low down but don't want to burn. Any extra tips for keeping them squat, short internodes, avoiding all leggy issues. A noob babe in the woods at this, I need help and with all the maestros here, I'm really grateful for your help.

PPFD is the correct method to express the intensity of PAR (400-700nm) light that is instantaneously landing on a single spot in a plant canopy. Gman is right on PPFD 100-300 and DLI day length integer he provided is awesome as well 18/6! Props @ Gman :huggg: Dont forget light height ;) Border areas less intense so moving plants around gently can be helpful

around 250 for the first 2-3 weeks if you're running 18/6 bro
:yeahthats (y)

DLI is usually calculated by measuring the photosynthetic photon flux density
(PPFD) in μmol·m−2·s−1 (number of photons in the PAR range received in a square meter per second)
as it changes throughout the day
