No THC

This is my first grow, I have a few ladies that I have grown from a notso reputable seed breeder. I have a few others that were clones giving to me. My clone plants are beautiful and flushing now. The hairs on the ones from seed are starting to turn color but there is no "sugar" Did I just get scammed or is it still ok?

the hairs colour is not always the best method to see if they are getting ready for harvest. how many weeks are them into flower?

No pics yet gonna have to wait till lights are on, But they are about 8 weeks in. I gave some of these seeds to a friend way back when i got them and his look exactly the same as mine but are 2 weeks ahead. so his are at 10 weeks and no difference, no thc. Weird thing id he has three different varieties and they look exactly the same as on another. No gene characteristics.
