Whats the best way to grow/harvest a plant so theres no seeds in the buds, or do all plants endup with seeds no matter what?

Make sure there is no male plants around and the female plants don't have hermaphrodite genetics.

Yup keep these thing away from plants and you won't get seeds.

Eliminate all male plants.

Often search your female plants for male flowers "bananas" as they are referred to here.

Things you can do to hedge your bets on getting only sensi.

Start with known stable genetics.
Light proof your grow room. COMPLETE darkness, zero light leaks.
Dial in your grow so the the environment is stable and proper conditions for growing cannabis.
Find a female of said stable genetics, and use clones.

Sometimes the neighbor's outdoor plants will pollinate your own outside plants. That happened to me as I was going crazy trying to figure out why my sensimilla had a few seeds as none of my plants were hermies. Turns out the neighbor got a bunch of good genetics from the wife's sis. He was new to growing and no one told him to watch for male plants. I will pop them one day and see what I get. The neighbor lives just across the street and my place is downwind for the pollen.

Yea i am.. well was anyway, now i know its cuz of the male plants i had in the same tent. I also know now that my tents have to be super tight as their in the basement so who knows what type of pollen gets blown down there i also need something to filter the air that comes in to cool my light too! I went from seed to clone indoors an both had em. Thanks to tha help i got here i see i have to go through a few things hopefully i catch everything so the nex female seeds i pop will be seedless.
