I think it depends on how intelligent the person is. If she can manipulate/out-smart the psychologist, then sure.

As you probably know, mental illness is a recessive genetic trait...usually due to things like inbreeding, etc. Thankfully, genetically fit (very attractive women) are less likely to carry recessive genes which could lead to mental illness.
I love beautiful, smart women.

I guess the post above me cleared it up a little bit but i guess that if a hot woman had an illness it be probably easier for her to get away with it than for a less attractive women. Do you know any hot chicks with a mental illness? Just saw a girl that is ill shed locks nice but the illness makes her sort of to be uncool. Not sure if it is easier or not....

I knew a hot girl who was bi-polar... She went untreated for a number of years, guys would look past it on night #1, but within 2-3 days they would bolt.... Ups followed by crazy downs....

She is doing quite well now, got on the right meds...
