No IGNORE Function for Journals?

For the first time in my life, I have put a forum member on my Ignore list.
Unfortunately, this Ignore doesn't seem to apply to Journals.

There is a certain person who has been 100% troll and I suspect to be a Doppelganger.

NO, it doesn't apply as Journals and a couple other parts of the site such as the video forum are not actually forums, they are separate sections. Forum features cannot be moved to a separate section.
