Tea brewing is best done in the balmy, not too hot, not too cold seasons. Brew tea in the same temperature as the area you will apply the tea to, so outside. However, find a shady spot. If temperatures are too warm, the tea will likely get anaerobic fast. If cooler, brew longer (up to about 48 hours)

well there is no sun in my garage. but it will hit 90F. there some fans but its hot.

Is it best to get a thermometer in the actual brew for you know more control?
