Nirvana's Blue Mystic Shot

Hello again!

This is a shot of the top bud on one of the Blue Mystic plants in my current grow @ 45 days 12/12.

You really can't see the entire bud because it is growing horizontally....only the part that has turned back up to the light is visible. I will try to get some more (better) shots when I have her out of the growroom at chop.

Hi DD.... I imagine she'll go at least 2 more weeks until chop, but if she gets more colorful....I might post some pics earlier than that. Thank you for your interest!

I had to bend the plant to accomodate her in my 6 plant, 3'x3' closet grow because of her Sativa-like structure. If I straightened her up she would be over 6' tall. She has a sister plant in the grow that is more of an Indica pheno (4' tall), and her main cola has a circumferance of 7.5 inches. Both BMs have forearm-length main colas.

Frankly, I had hoped to grow Blue Moonshine or Blue Moon Rocks instead, but didn't have the $$$ at the time. I must say though, that I have no regrets from settling for the Blue Mystic (for obvious reasons). Not bad for seeds that only cost $1.25 each!

Looks fantastic!! I've always written Nirvana beans off, but more and more I'm seeing killer shots of their gear. Yours looks insane... loving the colors!!

You know DankBank I have been thinking the exact same sentiment recently.....

I always thought Nirvana seeds were all basically F-2 knockoffs of other seed banks'
strains or all attempts to simulate the characteristics of other seed banks' strains.....

But after learning about Mau and the Company I have come to realize I was totally
wrong about Nirvana.....they produce some great varieties and F-1 hybrids.....

Maybe the low prices fooled me too......kinda like how you assume just because a
bottle of wine is lower-priced it must be lower-quality wine but that is untrue as well..

Anyway cheers to Nirvana :friends:.....hopefully they will start a forum here!!!

I have been very happy w/ Nirvana's stuff. I've also got 3 of their Papaya plants in this grow too, and they are absolutely encrusted w/ trichomes, and I will be germing four AK-48, and four Ice seeds on Monday night for part of my next grow.

I've always written Nirvana beans off, but more and more I'm seeing killer shots of their gear.

I know this is off topic, but here is a pic of a Nirvana Big Bud plant. It was some of the best smoke I've had, and I got 8 females out of 10 seeds.

Those look like some tasty ass bitches great work with that girl. I have three little blue mystic babies three weeks old and nice to see what could happen if they are treated right. Also did she go purple on her own or you think it was cause of temp drops? either way she is a beauty. great shot tells us how she smokes.The best part is the price of the beans only like a buck a piece well worth it for the potential hidden inside.

Thanks SP...as w/ every Nirvana strain I have grown so far, BM has surpassed my expectations. Not quite good enough for POTM, but I am getting better w/ this camera (Nikon 4600).

Thanks for the kind words, I hope you will be as happy w/ BM as I am . The coloration seems to be from genetics rather than environment.

I grew my 2 BMs in a closet w/ daytime temps 80-85 f, and nighttime temps 60-65 f. After seeing and hearing other accounts of BM, I am beginning to wonder if I just got lucky w/ the colors on mine. As for the "Master" part, I am a Master Gardener, but I don't think there is any such certification for cannabis growing...at least in North America... .
