this baby went through 37 days of vegging. counted from when the seed popped the ground.
she is sitting comferbly in a 50[cm]x50[cm]x60[cm] (20"x20"x23.5").

counting of flowering from 12/12 flip.

what do you think??

basically the entire cabinet is a patch work and looks terrible but other than that, environment is stable and the plant IS happy.

i wanna share some more pictures with you all.

first of all a top view from today:

here is some of the setup: that nasty smear you see on the center of the tube is epoxy --> while installing the fan and duct i dropped the tube and it broke clean in half; the color is because of the heat from the MH. closer to its edge you can see another clear-white smudge, thats the silicon holding it together. while tightening the duct to the pyrex it started showing *many* terrifying cracks that silicon is pretty much holding it in one piece.

The following contraption is my home made heater - it gets very cold here at night - its a 25w lightbulb attached to a very powerful fan which disperses the heat all over the grow space while cooling the bulb. the bulb itself is automatically switched on intermittently, stabling the ambient temp at 23c during the night

next, some more pics from today

finally, a cut i took today as a "control specimen". i want to compare its effect to that of my final product so ill have a better idea of what to expect for next run at this time. i tried to take some close ups with a magnifying glass and my camera and would really appreciate your opinions on how ripe this seems and how much longer i should wait before harvest. using my kiddy microscope (couldnt take pics) i noticed that of the trichomes 60% are milky, 30% clear and 10% brownish...

all opinions appreiciated!

Hopefully this crop will allow you to upgrade your cooltube for the next grow cuz I have a bad feeling about that one - you knock it accidentally one time and bam, broken glass all over your buds. Is that a bakearound in its wire holder? Never thought of using the holder if it is.

Thanks man!! you're absolutely right about that tube being fragile; i cant wait to upgrade it scares me to touch it every time...

Btw you're right about the bakearound
I hanged the wire holder on wood hooks screwed onto the top (through the reflective metal sheet), this way the whole thing can be taken off in one piece in a minute. the tube itself is held by the pressure of the two wire handles which is kept by those plastic holder thingies. By changing the tightness of the plastic graspers i modify the height of the lighting bulb/cool tube.

here's another thing i made which i forgot to take a picture of earlier - its an ONA air freshner. they're each basically a plastic box holding the liquid topped by a cpu fan to help it evaporate faster. to be honest although it helped me very much initially and though i have 3 of those it doesn't evaporate fast enough to completely neutralize the smell, but i just dont have anywhere else to put more! if you have any ideas i'd love to hear them.
