thanks. i am still around,,i amaze my self each grow just gets better,,if i had a acre to burn up and grow i just wonder how they would do,,i was thinking about my back yard,but i would have to build a huge greenhouse and what nots,,just to many what nots for me,,,this is my better yr so far as in quanity. size, and color and weather,,i was able to look up some durban poisen and it looks like reg red hair to me,,euphoria looks great,,i never did like to judge a bud by its cover tho!!i was watching the discovery channel on greenhouses,,that explains alot on materiels and sizes and area and just alot..it explained that the heat is not what i want,but the radient of the sun so when i use corragated plastic,,the discovery channel stated the materiel gives the grow almost much of the suns radient in whole area,i dont explain very well, but i understand alot more on greenhouse,,i guess that is why i hear about the greenhouse affect alot,,i knew alot but when i learn more it is great for next grow,,i wondered why they grew and grow like monsters,,the ridges in corragated plastic give it more intence rays in a tunnel vision radient i think is how i understood the discovery channel,,granted it was not on growing weed,,but that is not a big factor when learning about green thumbs,,i did find out one yr the hard way not to spray for bugs in middle of day.... when hot,,chems burn leafe and destroy grow very fast,,i spray at night(late),,or early morning,,that includes all chem i use,,wet or dry,,i did some thing this grow i did not do last grow,,i did some things last yr i did not do this yr,,short of it,,i still be a student of my own schooling in the fine art of growing weed,,buds are smoking great,,,

Very nice Jack. I believe the plastic allows usable light through, you just have to watch the heat.....that's where the term green house effect came from. Those fans look the size of this one....unless you have very small hands, not.

looks like hash making time,as it seems we have something in commen,,huge leaves,lots o hash!!!lots o hash!!..and i have huge hands,,nice fan leaves,,must have some trees as well,,,,,,,,i use bud as well for hash,,just the bottom of tree buds,,,

hehehe don't mean to hijack your thread jack but i just had to add this one. This was an outdoor SK#1 i grew in '03 and to date is the biggest leaf i've grown. I bet yours will be the same if not bigger before long. That one was 11" from where the leaves meet the stem to the longest tip before i harvested.

hello Jack, nice plants and loving the improvised greenhouse.
i am about to finish building a tropical greenhouse, built it all by myself, took a while... what you say about heat is true, which is why the only use for a greenhouse is for cold weathers, since it helps keep the needed heat inside. a tropical greenhouse would be the opposite, it should help plants keep cool while getting as much of that tropical sun as possible, but at the same time protecting the plants from the harsh tropical rains and winds, and in our case, from curious eyes that may work for the dark side of the force!
will post some pics soon of the whole process of building it.
