well hi all i was going to go to the cup if possible next year but i have read in the papers that they are making it illegal now to smoke and they are closing down all the coffee shops 750 they reckon anyone else heard or read they same cheers

quick search on google releaved a measure in 2003, to take effect in 2004, but that was to ban smoking at the workplace.

They only wanted to do a test to ban tourists. They are getting pressured from Germany and other big Euro countries because ppl go to holland and pick up and go back. Don't worry will be awhile if they do ban it which i very well doubt will ever happen.
