newest baby leaves curling under and growing slow

i just put my two girls into onset about a week ago and now the newest baby leaves are curling under and are limp, i am using the same budding nutes i always have kool bloom 2-45-28 and am now longer using what i use for veging schultz plant food 10-15-10 what could be the problem ??

i dont post images because its to sketchy where i live, i cant have somthing like what went down with overgrow like ruining my life. but all i can describe is the newest baby leaves are fine in color but curling under and wilty, almost like claws if that makes any sense

vegas you need to give some more info bro....eg fill in mynamestitch sick plant guide.

from the look of the pics, it looks like you have burnt them abit (tips of you leaves)..and thay look like there getting to much N, (clawing/canoeing ect ect)..
did you start feeding bloom nutes as soon as you changed to 12/12? or did you wait a few days?

as i said fill in the sick plant guide (youve now got pics) so am sure more people will jump in and help ya out

How long has this problem been going on?about 5 days to a week now
What STRAIN are you growing?two strains both same problem skunk and strawberry cough.
What was the establishing technique? clones
What is the age of your plants?about 3 months
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? about a month
How Tall are the plants? scrog screen at about 1foot3inches from soil
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) scrog
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) one large recycling container with good drainage both in it.
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) custom mix of perfect mix, perilite, and sphagum pete.
What Nutrient's are you using?was using schultz 10-15-10 then kool bloom 2-45-28 now just water tell i figure out what the problem is.
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*k-bloom 1/2 tsp per/gallon, shcultz 14 drops per 2 quarts
How often are you feeding? was with every water as recomended on the shcultz
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? about 5 days in but no nutes now ( and never had this prob with these strains with kool bloom before have always used it)
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) switched didnt do them at the same time.
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? ?????
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? not sure
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? n/a
How often are you watering? when i feel it is dry about every 3-4 days
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? about 5 days ago now. have flushed since then once
What size bulb are you using?250w hps
What is the distance to the canopy? 9 inches
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) about 40percent
What is the canopy temperature? about 85degrees
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)night about 70 day about 85-88
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) stanley moving plenty of air good slight negative pressure. and a circulation fan about
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? a stanley vents the air out of the top of the box and there is a bit of dryer duct in a hole on the back top left corner brining cool air down and across the cannopy and another hole in the back left of the box about 3-4inch at cannopy level, and the radioshak circulation fan.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?circulation blowing up at an angle from under cannopy.
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? no
Is your water HARD or SOFT? not bad
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? tap but good water live close to canada shit is clean.
Are you using water from a water softener?no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? no
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? used neem a while back to kill some mites no problems mites gone plants have been good since for a whil until now.
Are plant's infected with pest's?no thank god had a hard enough time killing the borg they can stay gone.lol
