Newbie in need of help

Howdy,
Newb on my 1st grow.
Hasn't been easy so far....

I'm wondering if somebody can give me a hand with the problem I'm having.
One of my young girls, her new growth keeps coming up wrinkly with little holes in the leaves.
They seem to fix themselves after a week or so but then the new growth the same thing happens. they come in wrinkly with these tiny little holes. Only happening at the top of the plant.
No bugs in my tent that I can see anyway.
I got 8 other plants growing that are not having this problem. I'll try and post some pictures but you'll probably have to zoom in to see what I'm talking about..

Not yet. She's been a strange one from when she sprouted.
She got transplanted 1.5 weeks ago.
Then gave her a bit before slowly giving her 1/4 what the bottle said for nutz.

She was quite root bound when I transplanted. I think maybe I overwatered her a bit so I put her in a 3gal from a 1 L
