I was wondering if anyone had any good new years resolutions this year. All my friends do but I never really seem to think of anything I'd like to change or work on about myself. Dont know if I'm unmotivated or not, but anyway, all that aside just wanted to see if you guys had any interesting ones this year.

It's a tough call. On this hand there is a 2br 1ba house for sale at $8000.00. it may have a mold issue and needs to be cleaned up. The yard looks landscaped. I still need to have a physical look at the property to estimate the extend of the renovation. On the other hand is a 1999 Porsche Boxter for $14,000.00. It only have 48K miles on it.

I still need to do reasearch before I set on a definite goal here...

Damn dude a house for $8,000? with mold issues?!! Where is this house loctaed, what state. I didnt know a house could be worth $8000. On the other hand the porche boxter would be nice. If i was you i would buy that house and with the cash left over fix it up real nice!!

yeah thats how i feel i got this damn thing and all i do is use it... i'll prolly toss it down the mountain this year.

I think it was at unitedcountry.com. I ran a search and that's what came up. Then I went to city-data.com and checked out the demographics. It's in Southern Illinois. About 1/2 hour from 6 different states. Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois. With 1268 square feet of floor space, if I had to gut the inside, I'd be looking at 5000 square feet of drywall, taping sanding and painting. Guessing that at 16.00 per 64 sq. ft....

Well I'll have to do some math too. It's the first thing I'm going to look at when I get my check.

I've made many new years resolutions in my life, never had much luck.

About 8 years ago I made a new years resolution to never make another new years resolution.

I finally found one I can stick with, haven't made another since.

Shit guys.....my first new years resolution is to QUIT SMOKING WEED until my next harvest. (Approx. 2 months)

And my second resolution is to produce enough this next harvest so that I can never take a break from smoking weed again...or risk stockpiling more weed than I want to have around. Sounds like a good goal to me lol.
