New Vert Grow Room Design Help

What's up ICMag?

I'm about to start the build of a new legal grow room for 12 flowering plants. Due to plant number constraints, I'm planning to go Vert bush/trees in a DIY UC in a sealed room. I've read almost all vert and UC grows I could find, but I still looking for a little advice on the room design.

I've added three pictures of different space arrangements. I haven't settled on 48" or 60" plant centers yet but I'm interested in what people recommend for plant arrangements. Obviously the first one would be easier when setting up the UC system but which is best overall?

First off I have not built my own room all by myself...but have helped build 4 so take what I say with some salt....but I like the first pic the best,it's how I got mine...4 plants to 5 1000w about an average of two per, so if your doing vert.....your gonna crush
