New user cannot post

A friend registered about 4 days ago and just tried to post but all forums are locked, cannot post new threads or reply to others. Any ideas?

He still cannot post. Confirmation email was recieved days ago. His name is theodorenugent. Says 'Welcome, theodorenugent', but all forums are still locked. Also heard two others say they've experienced the same thing, registered but can't post. What gives?

Isn't there a link in it that you have to follow to activate your account. I registered a few months ago under a different name and I never got the email to activate the account, so I registered under this name.

Hi this B420 on my good friends account, I was a former member who has re registered with the site recently. Before it is stated I am already familiar with the posting in the announcement forum. I have been waiting to be approved by the admin since November 17. I understand that there is a ongoing problem and such with the registrations, I was simply wondering when they think the problem will be resolved so that i can be approved and have better access to the site. Thanks for any info.

On the main forum page there is a list of active accounts.
My friends ID is there. Med-Grower_TOm
When I click on his ID I get this:
