Just use plain water for the first 2-3 weeks (no nutes).
Molasses are usually used in the flowering stage.

I haven't had any issues with starting clones or seedlings in Happy Frog. I get good root growth and no nute burn.

There is no harm in watering with molasses now. When you are growing organically you want to have a lot of beneficial bacteria and fungus in your soil. They eat the nutrients and secrete them in a much more usable form for the plants. The molasses is designed to feed your microlife so that they flourish.
