New to soil & CO2: strength of Nutes after transplanting

Hi quick question: going back to soil after years in coco/perlite, using VermiFire, transplanted & flipped into flower 1 week ago.
It says on the soil bag to not give Nutes for 30 days after transplanting, but I know Co2 enrichment increases nutrient demands,
So I'm wondering what ppm /EC I should use, I have not started Co2 yet (sill setting things up/redesigning room) but I'm about to start Co2 on day 7-8, and I'm wondering if the VermiFire alone has enough nutrients to sustain the increased demand.
I have been feeding with RO water and some B Vit. Hygrozyme,

My setup:
4 1000W lights,
Growth Science Nutrients
Sour Tangie, Strawberry Diesel, Black Lime Reserve
Trying to keep canopy temps in Low 80's
About to start 800 ppm Co2 in week 2

Any suggestions?

I would suggest starting at 50% strength nutes and co2 should be at 1500 ppm not 800 regardless. If you got it use it! Increase to 1800 at week 3-finish.

Week 1, I usually start at 700 3-1-3, then for week 2, I go to 900 3-1-3, then for week 3, I go to 1100 3-1-1, then for for weeks 4-5, I go to 1300 3-1-1, then I follow that for one week into flower, then for the second week of flower I switch to 1500 3-1-3, after that I go to 1-1-3 and increase my PPM by 50 each week till week 7. Then I go to 1800 0-1-3 for weeks 7-8, then for weeks 9-10, flush then 0-0-0 for those last 2 weeks. So...
