New to dry sift, what size screens should I get?

Currently looking at getting some dry sift screens but not really sure which sizes I should get.

I read that the trich's fall through best at 110-150 mesh sizes. What sizes would you recommend?

Also where is the best place to buy them online? Currently looking at this place
